The design of this dish is inspired by Jiaji Duck, one of Hainan's four famous dishes. Jiaji Duck is produced in Qionghai, Hainan. This dish is boiled in water. Pieces of fresh and delicious golden duck meat are stacked on the plate, with a bowl of special dipping sauce on the side. The plate is engraved with traditional animal patterns of the Hainan Li ethnic group, showing the local ethnic characteristics. The cute cartoon duck doll image at the back shows everyone this Hainan delicacy, intending to convey the Hainan food culture.
