HainanTeli Shipping and Tax Policy
Thank you for choosing HainanTeli! To ensure that your orders are processed efficiently and delivered promptly, we have provided a detailed Shipping and Tax Policy. We are committed to offering reliable and efficient service to customers from Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Timor-Leste, and other Southeast Asian markets. Our order processing time is 1-3 business days. If your order is placed before 5:00 PM (China Standard Time, CST) on weekdays (Monday to Friday), it will generally be shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time purchases or orders shipped to alternate addresses may require additional verification time, which could slightly delay processing. If your order includes multiple items, we reserve the right to make partial shipments, and partial shipments do not relieve you of the obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
HainanTeli offers the following shipping options for your convenience: Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination; Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days, with higher charges for faster delivery; International Shipping: We partner with global logistics providers to offer reliable international shipping services. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and package weight/size, and will be shown at checkout before you submit your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment through our logistics partner's website or other platforms. We will keep you updated with order status and estimated delivery times.
If you encounter any issues with the delivery (such as delays, loss, or damage), please contact us immediately via email (hainanteli@outlook.com). We will work with our carriers to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Due to different regulations and international shipping requirements, we do not currently ship to certain countries or regions. The countries and regions we serve include: Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Timor-Leste. If your country or region is not on this list, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service for the latest shipping policies.
We collect appropriate sales tax based on the regulations of each country. The applicable tax rate will be displayed at checkout. Customers from Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Timor-Leste, and other Southeast Asian regions may incur VAT or import duties based on local laws. These fees will be shown during checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that some countries/regions may have additional import taxes and handling fees, which are set by the local customs and logistics companies. We recommend that you check for relevant fees in your country/region before placing an order.
According to the shipping contract, title and risk of loss for all items pass to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier. After this point, any loss or damage to the goods is no longer our responsibility. We recommend that you inspect the items upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition. If you encounter any issues (such as damage or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
